Does anyone speak Hebrew well enough to roughly translate this song by Daniel Zamir?

This is a rap/jazz piece from Daniel Zamir & Satlah. (I'm almost sure it's from the album Children of Israel.) I don't know if the rapping in the first half of the song is done by Zamir, but the funky saxaphone playing towards the end is.
